With carton rates of up to 30 per minute, the Vital Micro Cartoner greatly improves line efficiency and frees up labour without sacrificing floorspace.

The Vital Micro Cartoner is ideal for side-loading cans, bottles, and vacuum sealed products and can be configured to handle a variety of pack configurations with an optional sorting conveyor. The fully enclosed stainless-steel design ensures easy installation and safe operation as an addition to your packaging line.

The carton magazine can be reloaded seamlessly on the fly, and the integrated infeed conveyor allows your cartoner to run continuously without interruption. Product changeovers are made easy with standard dual servo index conveyors, built-in height/width adjustment screws, and a quick-change carton magazine.
