About Joshua Bradshaw
Spending the majority of his career contributing to the development of a turbocharger manufacturing company called "Rotomaster", Joshua has had the opportunity to wear many hats along the way; from CNC Machinist through to Engineering Manager. Graduating from BCIT in 2004 with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, he became the first employee of this new company and spent the next 7 years helping to build it into the significant force it is today employing hundreds of skilled professionals. Continuing to expand his knowledge and skill set, he took on a role in Technical Sales for automation equipment at TDS Technologies Inc. This provided the opportunity to work with customers in the Food, Pharmecutical, and Lumber Industries where he realized the potential for a high quality, custom automation provider with the ability to complete 100% of the mechanical and electrical design in-house. From there, Joshua went on to develop specialized testing and hydraulic systems for Pacific Rim Engineered Products. Among his many projects at Pacific Rim was the testing and development of the Cummins® QTR Transmission; an impressive, 3000HP dual clutch transmission for the oil & gas industry. Along the years, Joshua has continued to expand his credentials and knowledge with a Red Seal Journeyman Machinist Certificate and several training courses such as Bosch Rexroth Hydraulics and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
